Thank you for purchasing and making NCF Technologies Limited products your choice products. All our products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty; Some of our products may have different Warranty terms to other products due to the nature of the product's design, manufacture or expected use.

This provision is made in order to provide solution for the after sales service related to the products sold and delivered by NCF Technologies Limited or by our distributors or resellers to the customer.

Warranty Procedure

Warranty does not include:Damage due to crash, drop or abuse.Repairs carried out by unauthorized or unqualified agent.Installation not in accordance with manual instructions or incorrect voltage.Software operation or problem due to addition of peripherals.Natural disaster.Defect that was caused by misuse and negligence.

The warranty is in addition to and does not exclude or modify in any way any non-excludable statutory rights you may have including under the Trade Practice Act.

NCF Technologies Limited requires that you provide your original proof of purchase documents to enable you to proceed quickly in the event of a claim.

Appearance damages recognized upon arrival of the goods at destination are fully covered and warranty does apply thereto.

NCF Technologies Limited will take back all defective products as defined above for repair and/or replacement purpose and will return them in fully workable conditions. The details for this procedure are stated below (see return conditions).

Return Conditions:

Customer will return all defective products to NCF Technologies Ltd. Customer will notify NCF Technologies Limited about each lot prior to shipment.

Customer will bear the cost for transportation from Customer to the destination of NCF Technologies Limited, while the return back to Customer from the destination of NCF Technologies Limited will be on NCF Technologies Limited. account; the Customer is also responsible for the correct execution of customs clearance where required.

NCF Technologies Limited will repair and/or replace the products returned.

Customer will provide detailed information about the nature of defect/malfunction for each product returned.

Before shipping defective products to NCF Technologies Limited, Customer will contact NCF Technologies Limited. informing about which quantity and what product will be returned.
